【摘要】:1.1GeneralThisEuropeanStandarddefinesaCalculationmethodforbolted,gasketed,circularflangejoints.Itspurposeistoensurestructuralintegrityandcontrolofleaktightness.!ThefollowingequationsusegasketparametersbasedondefinitionsandtestmethodsspecifiedinEN13555."1.2RequirementforuseoftheCalculationmethodWherepermitted,theCalculationmethodisanalternativetodesignvalidationbyothermeanse.g.–specialtesting;–provenpractice;–useofstandardflangeswithinpermittedconditions.1.3Validity1.3.1GeometryTheCalculationmethodisapplicabletotheconfigurationshaving:?flangeswhosesectionisgivenormaybeassimilatedtothosegiveninFigures4to12;?fourormoreidenticalboltsuniformlydistributed;?gasketwhosesectionandconfigurationafterloadingcanbeassimilatedbyoneofthosegiveninFigure3;flangedimensionwhichmeetthefollowingconditions:NOTEForexplanationsofsymbolsseeclause3.NOTETheconditionbF/eF≤5,0neednotbemetforcollarincombinationwithlooseflange.Thevalues0,01and0,10aretobeappliedforsoft(non-metallic)andhard(metallic)gasketsrespectively.AmoreprecisecriterionisgiveninannexA.NOTEAttentionmayneedtobegiventotheeffectsoftolerancesandcorrosionondimensions;referenceshouldbemadetoothercodesunderwhichthecalculationismade,forexamplevaluesaregiveninEN13445andEN13480.ThefollowingconfigurationsareoutsidethescopeoftheCalculationmethod:–flangesofessentiallynon-axisymmetricgeometry,e.g.splitlooseflanges,webreinforcedflanges;–flangeconnectionshavingdirectorindirectmetaltometalcontactbetweenflangesinsideand/oroutsidethegasket,insideand/oroutsidetheboltcircle,exceptthespecialcaseofspacer-seatedflanges,whichiscoveredinannexG.
