【摘要】:ThispadofISO8434specifiesthegeneralanddimensionalrequirementsfor24'coneconnectorsusingcuttingringandO-ringsealcone(referredtoasDKO)suitableforusewithferrousandnon-ferroustubeswithoutsidediametersfrom4mmto42mminclusive.TheseconnectorsareforuseinfluidpowerandgeneralapplicationswithinthelimitsofpressureandtemperaturespecifiedinthispartofISO8434.TheyareintendedfortheconnectionofplainendtubesandhosefittingstoportsinaccordancewithISO6149-1,ISO1179-1andISO9974-1.(SeeISO12151-2forrelatedhosefittingspecification.)Theseconnectorsprovidefull-flowconnectionsinhydraulicsystemsoperatingtotheworkingpressuresshowninTable1.Becausemanyfactorsinfluencethepressureatwhichasystemperformssatisfactorily,thesevaluesarenottobeunderstoodasguaranteedminimums.Foreveryapplication,sufficienttestingwillneedtobeconductedandreviewedbyboththeuserandmanufacturertoensurethatrequiredperformancelevelsaremet.NOTE1Fornewdesignsinhydraulicfluidpowerapplications,seetherequirementsgivenin9.6.Wheretherequirementsoftheapplicationallowfortheuseofelastomericseals,connectordesignsthatconformtoInternationalStandardsandincorporateelastomericsealingarepreferred.NOTE2Foruseunderconditionsoutsidethepressureand/ortemperaturelimitsspecified,see5.4.ThispartofISO8434alsospecifiesaperformanceandqualificationtestfortheseconnectors.
