【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardappliestoself-propelledseatedrideroperatedvariablereachtrucksintendedtohandleloadsofallkindsusingoneoftheattachmentslistedin3.10-3.11-3.13-3.14-3.15-3.16-3.19-3.20.Itdoesnotcovertheliftingofpersonsbyanyattachments,inparticularbyworkplatforms.Machineswithvariablelengthloadsuspensionelements(chains,ropesetc)fromwhichtheloadmayswingfreelyinalldirectionsarenotcoveredinthisstandard.Itappliestothehandlingofseries1freightcontainersoflength≥6metreswiththedimensionalandsecuringcharacteristicsasspecifiedinISO668andISO3874.1.2Forthepurposeofthisstandard,self-propelledseatedrideroperatedvariablereachtrucks(hereinafterreferredtoas“trucks”)arecounterbalancedlifttruckswithoneormorearticulatedarms,telescopicornot,non-slewing,asdefinedin4.13.2.2.2ofISO5053:1987usedforstackingloads.Theloadhandlingmeansmaybemounteddirectlyontheliftingmeansoronanauxiliarymastfixedattheendoftheliftingmeans.Liftingmeansshallbenon-slewingorhaveslewingmovementnotgreaterthan5°eithersideofthelongitudinalaxisofthetruck(seefigure1).1.3Twotypesofvariablereachtrucksarecoveredinthisstandard:?industrialtrucksforoperationonsubstantiallyfirmsmooth,levelandpreparedsurfaces;?roughterraintrucksforoperationonunimprovednaturalterrainanddisturbedterrainorareas.1.4Trucksmaybeequippedwithforkarmsfornormalindustrialduties,orattachmentsforspecificapplicationssuchashandlingfreightcontainers.Trucksmaybeequippedwithstabilisers,axlelockingorlaterallevellingdevices.1.5Thisstandardcoversallspecifichazardswhichcouldoccurduringoperationandmaintenanceoftrucks.Forhazardsoccurringduringconstruction,transportation,commissioning,decommissioninganddisposal,referenceshouldbemadetoEN292-2.1.6Unlessotherwisespecifiedbythemanufacturer,thetrucksaredesignedtooperateinatemperaturerangeof-20°Cto+50°C.Themanufacturershallspecifyinhisinstructionsforusetheprecautionstobetakenwhenusingthetrucksatextremetemperatures.
