【摘要】:ISO13679:2002establishesminimumdesignverificationtestingproceduresandacceptancecriteriaforcasingandtubingconnectionsfortheoilandnaturalgasindustries.Thesephysicaltestsarepartofadesignverificationprocessandprovideobjectiveevidencethattheconnectionconformstothemanufacturer'sclaimedtestloadenvelopeandlimitloads.Itcategorizestestseverityintofourtestclasses.Itdescribesasystemofidentificationcodesforconnections.ISO13679:2002doesnotprovidethestatisticalbasisforriskanalysis.ISO13679:2002addressesonlythreeofthefivedistincttypesofprimaryloadstowhichcasingandtubingstringsaresubjectedinwells:fluidpressure(internaland/orexternal),axialforce(tensionorcompression),bending(bucklingand/orwellboredeviation),aswellasmake-uptorsion.Itdoesnotaddressrotationtorsion,non-axisymetric(area,lineorpointcontact).ISO13679:2002specifiesteststobeperformedtodeterminethegallingtendency,sealingperformanceandstructuralintegrityofcasingandtubingconnectionsthatapplytotheserviceapplicationandnottothediameterofthepipe.

【摘要】:Theflameheightandcolor(indicativeofair-to-gasratio)foratestflamehavetraditionallybeenspecifiedintheindividualtestmethod.Theenergycontentoftheflamehasalsobeenaddressedbyreferencetoaspecificsupplygas.Ithasbeendeterminedthatthesupply-gasbackpressureandflowratecanbevariedwithoutaffectingtheheightandcoloroftheflame.However,theenergycontentoftheflameisaffected.Thispracticeprovidesthebackpressureandflowrateofthesupplygasfora20-mm(50x2013;W)anda125-mm(500x2013;W)testflame,andaprocedureforconfirmingtheheat-fluxprofileofthetestflame.Informationisprovidedfortestflamesusingmethane,propane,orbutane.Usingthisinformation,thesesupplygasescanbeusedinterchangeablywithastandardizedburnertoproduceessentiallythesametestflame.1.1Thispracticecoverstheconfirmationoftestflamesforsmall-scaleburningtestsonplasticmaterialsusingthelaboratoryburnerdescribedinSpecificationD5025.Backpressuresandflowratesformethane,propane,andbutanesupplygasesaregivenforspecifictestflames.Thispracticedescribesaproceduretoconfirmtheheatevolutionofthetestflame.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3Thisstandardisusedtomeasureanddescribetheresponseofmaterials,products,orassembliestoheatandflameundercontrolledconditions,butdoesnotbyitselfincorporateallfactorsrequiredforfirehazardorfireriskassessmentofthematerials,products,orassembliesunderactualfireconditions.Note18212;ThereisnosimilarISOstandard.Thispracticeisequivalentintechnicalcontentto,butnotfullycorrespondinginpresentationwith,theconfirmatoryproceduresofIEC/TS60695-11-3,MethodAandIEC/TS60695-11-4,MethodA.1.4Firetestingisinherentlyhazardous.Adequatesafeguardsforpersonnelandpropertyshallbeemployedinconductingthesetests.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
